TUESDAY, September 15
WELCOME NIGHT! This year, we are
offering two events to accommodate for those individuals
that will miss the transportation out to Meishan Beach.
Meisha Beach Networking Event &
Dinner
This is a great opportunity to network and enjoy the beautiful
sights at Meisha Beach. Dinner will be provided.
Note: Transportation leaves the Grand Hotel at 5:00pm and
returns to the Grand Hotel at 7:30pm.
Welcome Night Dinner
The dinner event will be located at the Grand Hotel and
is for the people not able to attend the Meisha Beach Networking
Event. The dinner will be held from 5:30-9:00pm.
WEDNESDAY, September 16
Welcome Dinner
There's an old Chinese saying that goes like this “How
happy we are, to meet friends from afar!”
The welcome night is designed to express a
warm welcome from the host to the attendees far and near.
A buffet dinner will be served from 6:30pm-9:00pm.
The dinner event will be located at the Nangang Seafood
Restaurant at the Grand Hotel.
THURSDAY, September 17
Exhibition
The Exhibition will be held at the Shenzhen Polytechnic
Center from 2:00pm-5:00pm.
Official Dinner
The Official Dinner will follow at the same location. Dinner
will be served from 5:30-7:30pm.
Round-trip transportation to Shenzhen Polytechnic will be
provided. It will take approximately one hour each way.
The transportation will arrive back at the Grand Hotel at
8:30pm.
FRIDAY, September 18
Meisha Beach Networking Event
We are offering a second trip to Meisha Beach at the end
of the Symposium on Friday. The event will be held from
5:00pm-7:30pm. Round-trip transportation will be provided.
