2012 ISTA-CHINA
PACKAGING SYMPOSIUM
The
2012 ISTA China Packaging Symposium will be held on September
18-20 at the Nanlin Hotel in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
Join us at the Symposium to learn more about
topics such as development and application of international
packaging technology, packaging design, package testing, the
distribution environment, operation of a global supply-chain,
cooperation between packaging and logistics, sustainability
and packaging materials.
ISTA is a global alliance of product manufacturers,
carriers, suppliers, testing laboratories and educational
and research institutions focused on the specific concerns
of transport packaging. Together, ISTA and ISTA-China have
successfully organized the Symposium in China since 2005.

at the China Symposium this year?
1. ISTA Invites Packaging Professionals
to Submit a Topic and Abstract:
The 2012 ISTA China Packaging Symposium team invites
packaging professionals from around the world to submit a
topic and abstract to be considered as a speaker at the Symposium.
2. Speakers submitting an abstract
must submit the following:
Deadline: June 1, 2012 (Topics and abstracts should
be reached to the symposium team before this date).
The documents below should be prepared in English and/or Chinese:
1. Topic
2. Abstract (300 words)
3. Speaker photo (.jpg)
4. Name, title and bio
5. Contact information (email and phone)
3. Selection of Program Content:
All topics and abstracts will be examined and selected
by ISTA and ISTA-China. Presentations can not be commercial.
Only technical presentations and case studies will be selected.
4. ISTA contacts speakers:
The Symposium team will inform selected speakers
that their topic has been chosen for the program. The information
will also be posted on the Symposium website.
5. Deadline for Final Presentation:
Speakers should submit PowerPoint presentation slides
(.PPT) no later than August 1, 2012.
Statement: the 2012 ISTA China Packaging Symposium team reserves
the right to cancel or change a topic or speaker.
