2. From: Beijing Railway Station
To: Fengguan Road
Route A: Start from East Beijing Railway Station, take No. 673 bus (Shigezhuangcun --- Beijing West Railway Station) to the Beijing West Railway Station and then take No. 937 bus (Yangfangcun --- Nanlishi Road) to Fengyiqiaoxi (Distance: 18.11km).
Route B: Start from Beijing Railway Station Qianjie, take No. 9 bus (Jintai Road --- Beijing West Railway Station) to Beijing West Railway Station, and then take No. 937 bus (Yangfangcun --- Nanlishi Road) to Fengyiqiaoxi (Distance: 17.86km).

To: Fengguan Road
Route A: Start for Beijing Capital Airport, take No. 359 bus (Beijing Capital Airport --- Dongzhimenwai ) to Dashanqiaodong and then take No. 988 bus (Caihuyingqiaoxi --- Maquanying ) to Fengyiqiao (Distance: 51.1km).

What is the Welcome Night?

There's an old Chinese saying, i.e. how happy we are, to meet friends from afar! The welcome night is designed to express a warm welcome from the host to the attendees far and near. The host will prepare a buffet of delicious foods on Oct. 20 in the buffet restaurant. The time is 18:30 to 21:00. Don't miss it!

What is the Exhibition?

To offer a platform for attendees to get to know the latest packaging products, the cutting edge technology and the most advanced packaging equipment. The host arranges the exhibition to demonstrate what is happening in the packaging industry. Many world famous manufacturers, labs and institutes will show their products here. The exhibition will be held beside the conference room Oct. 21 to Oct. 22 all day, and you may visit during the tea break as well. For those who want more time at the exhibition, the host will offer an additional session on Oct. 21 from 18:30 to 21: 30 in the hotel's banquet hall. Here, you can enjoy dinner during the exhibition.

What is the Official Dinner?

The official dinner is on Oct. 22 from 18:00 to 20:00, located in the hotel's banquet hall. The host will design the banquet full of Chinese features. The traditional Chinese food, art & culture performance will be presented.

Are guest tickets available for evening events?

The evening events are free for the symposium attendees. The attendees who want to participate in the evening events have to show their attendance certificates before they enter the restaurant and banquet hall.

How can I get the Invitation Letter?

In order to help foreign attendees come to China , we will offer assistance with the invitation letters. Please submit your full name, title, company name and address and contact information to Li Lin lilin@packagetest.net . She will return the invitation letters to you as soon as possible.

Note: Getting visa usually takes several weeks. Please begin preparing once your travel arrangements have been made. We will assist you in any way.

Interpretation, Laptop and Cell Phone Courtesy:

1/ Please review the program carefully; come into the conference-site on time so you can adjust to the simultaneous interpretation gadget.

2/ Please turn off your cell phones or set to vibrate while you are in the general session room. If you must leave the room to take or make a call, please try to do so at an appropriate time so you do not disturb the speaker or attendees around you.

3/ Please turn off any sounds on your laptop and keep typing to a bare minimum during presentations.
